Waves living is a development designed to meet the needs of anyone, located in an excellent area with a sophisticated design surrounded by nature and vegetation, its central pool and common areas in general make this complex something unique. With Jacuzzi and dekchair on the rooftop, elevator, barbecue, dining room, bathrooms, very complete for those who want to relax or sunbathe while enjoying the Jacuzzi.

We have a pool on the first level with a bar and bathrooms.

The space

You can access the parking lot on the first level where it also connects with the central common area of the pool, it has 24 hour security and security personnel, you can access the elevator to easily reach the floor of your apartment.

The apartment has one room, with a full kitchen, large refrigerator, screen in the living room and bedroom, two queen size beds in the room and a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate up to 5 people.

It has a full bathroom inside the room, you can also relax on the terrace overlooking the common areas of the pool, it also has a dining room and chairs at the kitchen bar.

You can request that the jacuzzi be filled and set aside for you any day of the week, the use of grills and bathrooms is allowed as long as you take care of them.

You will have everything you need to enjoy your stay pleasantly

Guest access

You can get directly from the main highway Cancun - Tulum, just 2 minutes away from this point, the Maya shopping center is across the avenue where you can find a supermarket, and all convenience stores including restaurants and gym.

To park, you just have to ask the security guard on duty to open it and tell which department you are going to so that they give you access.

On the main avenue, which is just one block from the apartment, the Oxxo store is on the corner, where you can buy anything you need.

You can take a taxi on the main avenue if you require it or request transportation to your home.

1. Payment- You “submit a booking” which means you pay the full amount now. We do not get paid until after your arrival. There are no cash transactions, and unfortunately you may not put down a deposit.

2. Deposit - Airbnb does not charge the deposit at all unless there is a claim for damages after check-out.

3. Unfortunately, we don’t have more pictures of the house and are unable to send you anymore.

4. The site blocks telephone numbers until you have booked your trip, so we are unable to call you.
